2 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Egg Whites
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Water
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Nuts (we prefer Black Walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, syrup, water and salt in small saucepan and cook to 254º. Beat egg whites stiff. Gradually pour sugar mixture over egg whites while beating at high speed of electric mixer. Add vanilla and nuts and continue beating till candy holds its shape. Spoon onto wax Paper to set.
