Dry ingredients:
3 cups flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar

Wet ingredients:
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinega
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in an ungreased 9" X13" pan.
Make six holes in the dry ingredients.
Pour oil into four of the holes.
Pour the vinegar into one of the remaining holes.
Pour vanilla into the last hole.
Pour the water over the entire mixture and stir with a fork until well blended.
Bake at 350 degree3s for 45 minutes.
For frosting, place Hershey chocolate bars on top of the cake while it is still hot.
Spread chocolate with a knife after the bars have melted.
