1 lb. peeled shrimp
¼ cup margarine
1 tbsp. flour
Dash cayenne pepper
1½ cup hot cooked rice
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 cup (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté shrimp and onion in margarine for 5 minutes, or until shrimp are tender. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream and cook gently for 10 minutes, being careful to keep heat low. Serve over rice.
