Ingredients:  
1 large fryer (chicken) put in water (2 or 3 quarts) cook until tender
½ cup onion, chopped
½ to one cup celery, chopped
½ cup bell pepper, chopped
1 jar pimento (small)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (2 if you like more flavor)
1 pound pkg. of spaghetti
1 pound Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 4 or 5 cups of the chicken broth with the chopped onion, celery, bell pepper, pimento, and soup. Cook over medium heat until tender. Take chicken off bone and cut into pieces. Cook 1 pound package of spaghetti. When everything is done, mix it all together – chicken, spaghetti (drained), and soup mixture. Add cheese, mixing well. Add more broth, if necessary, to make it juicy. Salt and pepper to taste.
