2 lbs. extra lean stew meat,
2 quarts water,
1 bay leaf,
2 cans tomatoes and green chilies,
1 cup sliced carrots,
cup chopped celery,
2 cups diced potatoes,
1 cup frozen green beans,
1 cup frozen peas,
1 cup frozen corn,
cup chopped instant onion,
2 tbsp. seasoned salt,
1 tsp. celery salt,
tsp. black pepper,
tsp. thyme leaves,
tsp. summer savory,
1 tbsp. beef flavor base

Spray soup pan with pam and brown meat. Add water and bay leaf. Bring to boil and simmer 45 minutes. Then add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, 3 hours.
