1 T. unsalted butter
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (3 3/4 oz. instant French vanilla pudding
1 C. sugar
1 T. vanilla extract
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pecans in butter for 3 min. Then drain. Put the rest of ingredients in ice cream maker and process until it is about 10 min. before done, add pecans, and finish processing.
