Cream Cheese Mints:
3oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. wintergreen or peppermint flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Chocolate Cream Cheese Mints:
1 lb. powdered. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
3 sq. melted cooking chocolate
1 tsp. either vanilla, peppermint, or almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Blend and knead ingredients until smooth. Form small balls. Coat with sugar (generously or mints will stick in molds). Press into molds, then pop out and onto waxed paper. Can be refrigerated or frozen before use.
