6 large trout or redfish fillets
juice of 2 lemons, divided
24 saltine crackers
2 sticks butter, divided
Garlic to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 - 4oz. can mushrooms, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1) Marinate fish in the juice of 1 lemon for 5 minutes.
2) Coat fish with crackers and saute in 1 stick butter for 3-5 minutes on each side.
3) Place fish in a baking pan, sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and pepper and top with remaining lemon juice.
4) Saute almonds and mushrooms in remaining butter and pour over fish.
5) Bake at 300º for 20 minutes.
6) Serve immediately.
