1 doz. pre-blended eggs
1 qt. reg. whole milk
1 can evap. milk
4 oz. van. extract
1 c. sugar
6-8 dashes nutmeg and cinnamon.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, whole milk and evaporated. milk and cook over low heat until it coats a spoon then cool.
Continue adding ingredients while using a mixer.
You can add a 1/2 pt. of rum, bourbon, and brandy(optional).
