2 sticks margarine
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. nuts

Frosting:
6 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. cocoa
2 2/3 c. confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Measure and sift dry ingredients. Add margarine, eggs, vanilla. Beat until smooth, fold in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 10 1/2 X 15 1/2 inch pan. Bake for 20 min. at 350º. Cool and frost.

Frosting: Cream butter in small bowl, add cocoa and confectioners sugar alternately with milk. Beat to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla. Makes about 2 cups of frosting.
