1 c. flour
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 c. chopped nuts

1 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
1/2 - 9 oz. container cool whip

2 pkg. (3 oz.) instant pudding (Best with lemon)
3 c. cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and spread first 3 ingredients in 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 15 min. and cool.
Then mix next 3 ingredients (2nd layer), and spread over first layer.
Mix next 2 ingredients (3rd layer), and spread over top.
Chill and top with cool whip.
