3 C sugar
3/4 C butter
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7oz) marshmallow cream
2/3 C evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Heat sugar, butter and milk until 234º (decrease 2º for every 1000 feet above sea level). Stir in vanilla, nuts, chips and marshmallow cream. Pour into buttered pan.
