Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 C warm water
1 pkg yeast

Dissolve yeast in water and let rest 5 minutes. Then stir in the following and beat until smooth:

1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 T salad oil
2 C sifted flour

Add additional 1 1/2 C flour and turn onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl. Brush top with soft shortening. cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 45 minutes. Punch down and divide into 2 pieces and press into pizza pans.

Pizza sauce:
1 6oz tomato paste
1/2 C water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
dash of pepper

Pre-cook pizza dough for 8 minutes at 400º. Arrange 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of tomato mixture, 2 T salad oil, 2 T Parmesan cheese and other toppings of your choice (if you use meat then pre-cook) on 1/2 of the dough. Bake additional 20-30 minutes.
