1 c butter
2 c sugar
1/3 c cocoa
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs

Mix and pour into 9x13 pan. Top with chopped nuts. Bake 20 minutes @350º Spread with 1 pint marshmallow cream. Frost with chocolate frosting or top with choc chips while still warm then spread.
