1 c whipping cream
1 c white corn syrup
1 1/2 c white sugar
Boil together to soft ball stage.
Add 1 c whipping cream
Boil to hard ball stage

Directions:

Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares. If desired, chop nuts and spread in the bottom of the pan before pouring out caramel mix.
