1 7 oz. bag of dry cornbread stuffing
2 cups of chicken broth
1/2 cup butter
1 lb. mild sausage
1/2 onion (chopped fine)
3 cloves garlic
1 lb. fresh mushrooms (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onions add sausage and cook until done. In a large bowl mix cornbread mix, broth and butter. Add sausage mixture and stir all togehter. Place in a baking dish and cover. Bake @ 350 º about 30 minutes, take off cover and bake about 10 more minutes until top brown.
