Ingredients:  
1 cube margarine
1 C flour
1/2 C brown sugar
1 C chopped nuts
Mix well, spread in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 min@350.
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 med coolwhip
Cream and spread on cooled crust.
1 lg peg instant pudding mixed with 2 1/2 C milk and spread on cream cheese mix

Directions:

Chill then spread with 1 med coolwhip on top of pudding.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Pudding can be any flavor you like. Chocolate, lemon, pistachio or butterscotch.
