Ingredients:  
1 family-size pkg tortellini (refridgerated section of grocery store)
2 pkg cherry tomatoes, halved
2 pkg sliced mushrooms, fresh
1-2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
3-4 bunches broccoli, lightly steamed
1 bottle Bernsteins' cheese & garlic salad dressing
1/2 - 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1-2 TBSP red wine vinegar
pinch of garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain well. Mix all ingredients together - use about 3/4 dressing at first. Let sit for a few hours or overnight (best option). Use the remaining dressing before serving.
