1 German chocolate cake mix
1 14oz bag caramels
1 5 oz can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 12 ox bag semisweet choc chips
1 1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed on pkg. Pour half the batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake@ 350º for 20 min.
Mean while place caramels, evaporated milk and butter in large pan. Stir over low heat until blended and creamy. Pour caramel mixture over top of warm cake. Sprinkle choc chips and 1 c nuts over caramel mixture. Pour remaining batter on top and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake 20 min more.
