3 pounds (about 12) potatoes, peeled, cooked, mashed
1 cream cheese, 8 oz (room temp.)
1/4 C butter
1/2 C sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 C chopped onions (I use 1/2 tsp onion powder)
1/2 C milk
1 tsp salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add cream cheese in pieces to mashed potatoes. Add butter. Beat well till melted and mixed. Add sour cream. Add milk, eggs and onion powder. Beat till light and fluffy. Put in casserole dish. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake 325º for 1 hour or 350º for 45 min.
