3# Pork Roast, poke holes in it
1 C. Orange Juice
1 C. Lemon Juice
1 Pkg. Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
2 Habanero Peppers, sliced (wear gloves)
Salt and Pepper

Black Bean Relish:
2 cans Black Beans, drain and rinse
1 1\2 c. Frozen Corn
3 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced
1\2 c. White Onion, Diced
1\4 c. fresh Cilantro, cut up
2 T. Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
After poking holes into the pork roast, add next 5 ingredients. Cook in crock pot for 12 hours on low. Remove Habanero Peppers, then shred meat into the remaining juices. For the Black Bean Relish, add all the ingredients together and chill.

Serve on Tortilla shells with lettuce, cheese, and sour cream.
