Dough
¼ oz. yeast (1 1/2 T.)
1 c. warm milk
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter, melted
4 c. white flour

Filling
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2 ½ tsp cinnamon

Icing
8 T. butter, softened
1 ½ c. powdered sugar
2 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla

Dough Instructions
Mix ingredients for dough. Let rise to double in size. Punch down and let rise until doubled once more. Roll out to a 21 x 16 rectangle (about ¼ in. in thickness).

Filling Instructions
Spread softened butter over dough. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over butter. Roll up from longest side. Cut into 1 ¾ in. slices. Place into foil lined pan. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until nice and golden brown.

Icing Instructions
Mix icing ingredients together and slather on the rolls. Don’t be stingy!
