1 stick butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
12 oz chocolate chips
1 box Crispix cereal
salted peanuts
2 c powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut putter and chips. Pour over cereal. Pour in paper bag with powdered sugar and shake.
