4 red snapper or tilapia fillets
cooking spray
1/2 t ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 c. salsa
1 (16 oz) can pinto beans drained
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes drained
lime wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare grill or broiler.

Coat both sides of fish with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cumin. Grill or broil for 5 min/ side or until fish flakes easily with a fork

Combine cilantro and remaining ingredients except lime. Serve fish with salsa mixture. Garnish with limes.
