Chocolate Pudding Dessert Recipe

Bottom Layer:
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 T cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 T butter
pinch of salt

Top Layer:
Whipped cream and chocolate curls or shavings

Combine ingredients for bottom layer and press into 9x13" pan. Bake for 7 minutes at 375. Cool while preparing filling.

In a medium sauce pan mix dry ingredients then add eggs and milk. Cook until thickened stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and butter.

Pour into crust and cool. Top with whip cream and grated chocolate.
