1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. pumpkin
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar together. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk. Add nuts. Bake at 350º until done.
