5 C warm-hot water
5 C flour
1/2 C sugar or honey
3 TBS yeast
Mix 1 minute. Change to dough hooks.
Add flour until dough leaves sides of mixer (7-8 cups or as needed.) Knead 4-5 minutes. Divide into five loaf pans. Let raise until doubled in size. About 25-30 min in warm moist Florida. Maybe longer in other parts of the country.

Bake 350º for 25 min or until golden brown. Eat and enjoy with gooey butter and honey or jam.
