diced apples skins on
diced almonds or pecans
sweet pink pomegranates

Directions:

Use equal parts of all ingredients.
Mix enough sweetened whipped cream to moisten the salad thoroughly. Serve immediately.

I usually add 2 c. apples and pomegranates to 1 c. raisins and nuts. This is a family favorite for thanksgiving.
