1-pound lien ground beef
½ to 1 pound sage sausage
One package Corn Bread Stuffing mix
½ to 1 cup ketchup
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Onion as desired
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix contents of seasoning packet and breadcrumbs from stuffing mix together. Put breadcrumb mix in a plastic bag and beat with a rolling pin until crumbs are slightly smaller. Mix with all remaining ingredients. Mold into the center (width) of a 9x14 pan, leaving both sides empty. Peel potatoes and carrots, stacking potatoes on one side and carrots on the other. Salt and pepper potatoes and carrots. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 ½ hours. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
