1 unbaked pie crust - 9 in. pie
3/4 c light corn syrup
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
3 eggs
3/4 c granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 c coarsely chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 - fit pastry into pie plate - set aside

In a large bowl, whisk corn syrup, peanut butter and egges until smooth.

Whisk in sugar & vanilla, then stir in pecan an peanuts.

Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until browned and center is set. Cool completely at room temperature. Slice & served.
