1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Hershey's baking cocoa powder
1/3 c. water
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of water
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, dissolve sugar and baking cocoa powder into 1/3 c. water over medium low heat. Once dissolved, add 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of water, 1 c. of milk and 1 tsp. of vanilla.

Continue to stir until well mixed using a whip. Don't let it sit too long on the heat without stirring or a "skin" will develop. Serve immediately and top with whipped cream, marshmallows and cinnamon/sugar.

Creamy and delicious. You'll never go back to instant hot chocolate again!
