9 c. Chex cereal, (any variety)
1 pkg. (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Measure cereal into a very large bowl; set aside. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a 1-quart microwavable bowl uncovered for 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.

Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into one-gallon size plastic food-storage bag; add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated. Spread onto waxed paper until cool, about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
