3 Tbs margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup flour

3 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbs flour
3 eggs
1 (16oz) can sliced peaches, drained and pureed in blender)
1/4 cup Amaretto (DiSaronno suggested)

Combine the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Add flour, mix well. Spread dough onto bottom of a 9" spring-form pan. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour at medium speed on an electric mixer until well-blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add peach puree and liqueur; mix well. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250; continue baking for 65 more minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool; chill. Best baked at least two days before eating.
