1 stick butter melted, plus 1 more stick butter melted
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 egg, plus 2 eggs
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
3-4 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 box powdered sugar (16 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13 x 9 pan.
Combine the cake mix, 1 egg, and 1 stick melted butter. Stir until well blended. Pat mixture into cake pan.
With a mixer beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs and the cocoa powder and mix. Lower the mixer speed and add the powdered sugar. Continue beating until all ingredients are well mixed. Slowly add the remaining stick of melted butter, and the vanilla, continuing to beat mixture until smooth. Spread over the cake mixture in the pan. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the cake. The center will still be a little gooey (hence the name of the cake!). Let partially cool before cutting.
