1 large bag of corn (Costco size)
2 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil corn in cream with sugar. Cook till it boils then add the salt. Meanwhile, melt the butter, then add the flour. Add to corn mixture and cook until it thickens. Put into a casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees till it bubbles- about 10-15 minutes.
