2 tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
1 small basket tomatoes
salt to taste
1-2 tbsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the onions and garlic, sort and cut up the tomatoes. Blend or grind the onions, garlic and tomatoes to make about one litre (one quart) of sauce. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the tomato mixture. Cook for about 20 minutes and taste for salt. You can also add bouillion (maggi) cubes to taste. Add the oregano and cook about 5 more minutes.
