Halibut Steak

Cornflakes, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and drain Halibut steaks. Cut halibut into bite size pieces. Make a white sauce of flour, butter, water, canned milk, salt and pepper. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted. (This is an OLD TIME mom's recipe)
