4 medium sized zucchini, 3/4 pound ground beef, 1/3 C chopped onion, 1 71/2 oz can cut up tomatoes, 1/3 C long grain rice, 1 T Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 t dried basil, 1/2 C shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the zucchini length wise, scoop out and immerse in boiling water for 2 min. Drain. In a skillet cook meat and onion. Drain fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, uncooked rice, Worcestershire, basil,1/2 C water, 1/4 t salt, and 1/4 t pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer for 15-18 min or until rice is tender. Stir in 1/4 C cheese. Fill zucchini with mixture. Place in a baking dish with remaining meat mixture. Bake at 375º for 15min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and let stand 1-2 min. serve.
