3 c plain flour
1 t salt
1 c oil
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
2 c sugar
2 t soda
1 c buttermilk
1/3 c cocoa
1 c boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, add sugar, cocoa, salt and soda. Add buttermilk, Wesson oil, vanilla & eggs. Mix until well blended. Add boiling water and blend. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
