6 large baking potatoes

Rub with Crisco and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Bake at 400 for about an hour

Remove from stove - cut in half and scrape out the potato - keeping the skins

Add 1 stick butter - 1 c sour cream and 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste - fill skins with potato mixture - sprinkle top with cheese, onions and bacon bits.

Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes - to melt cheese and warm potato
