1 ½ c. uncooked macaroni
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 ½ c. milk
1-2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. velveeta cheese, cubed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package, drain and place in 9x13 dish, in pan, melt butter and then stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add the milk and bring to a soft boil. Cook and stir constantly for 2 minutes then reduce heat. Stir in cheeses a little at a time. Pour over macaroni and stir together. Sprinkle cheese on top, depending on how much you like cheese you can add a little or a lot, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 375º.
