1 lbs. ground turkey or beef
2 large chopped onions
dash of salt and pepper
1 can of condensed tomato soup
1 - 6 oz. can of sliced mushrooms w/ juice or 1 c. fresh
1 TBSP. Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream
rice or egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first two ingredients and cook until done. Add the remainder, minus the sour cream and noodles, and simmer for about 30 minutes. Just before serving add the sour cream. Serve over rice and/or noodles.
