1 lb Lasagna noodles, prepared as instructed
1 - 12 oz cottage cheese
1 -12 oz sour cream
1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 lrg green pepper, chopped
3 lb ground beef
2 sm pkgs spaghetti seasoning
1/2 c onion, chopped
2 - 4 oz cans tomato sauce
2 lb Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 -12 oz can Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook noodles as directed. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and green pepper together and let set at room temperature for 1 hour. Meantime, brown & drain hamburger. Add seasoning, onion, tomato sauce. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Lay cooked noodles to cover bottom of pan. Spoon 1/2 meat mixture evenly over noodles. Glob 6 dollops of soft cheese mixture and gently spread evenly with fork. Shake Parmesan cheese to cover evenly. Layer Mozzarella to cover evenly. Repeat from noodles. Top with noodles and cover with 6 oz can tomato sauce brushed evenly and sprinkle with dry parsley flakes Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until hot through and cheeses are melted. This is enough to make a 9 x 13 and a 9 x 9 pan. Divide evenly.
