1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 can fruit cocktail and juice
1 - 4 oz can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped nuts
8 oz cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients together in order listed. Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1 c brown sugar sprinkled evenly and 1 c nuts sprinkled evenly. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold with a dollop of cool whip.
