1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
1/4 c. vinegar

16 oz. pkg coleslaw mix
10 oz. pkg frozen peas
1/2 c. dry-roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients in a container with tight lid; shake to dissolve sugar.

When ready to serve, combine slaw and peas, toss with dressing. Sprinkle with peanuts (or combine the salad ingredients, and then toss with dressing).
