1 box Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix
1 sm box vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 1/2 c buttermilk

Combine ingredients - pour into 3 - 9 inch round pans. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes

1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
1/2 c sugar
1 c powdered sugar
1 large container (12 oz) Cool Whip
4 chocolate bars grated

After cakes cool put icing between layers - on top and sides of cake. Store in the refrigerator
