Vinegar Sauce:
2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Memphis Rub
1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
4 tsp. salt (finely ground sea salt)
4 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1 Tbsp. hot sauce

Cole Slaw:
2 lb. shredded green cabbage
1/2 red onion minced
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a medium size bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add sugar or salt if needed. Place cabbage and onion in a large bowl and stir in the vinegar sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes. Reseason if needed.
