1/2 lb Italian Sausage links pre cooked
3/4 c Diced Onion
2 slices Bacon, cut into 1/4 in pieces then diced
1 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
4 c Chicken Broth
2 Baking Potatoes, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 c Kale
1/3 c Heavy whipping cream
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Half the sausage links and then cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices.
Place the onions and bacon in a 3-4 qt saucepan and cook over medium heat until onions are almost transparent, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add chicken broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add greens, sausage, whipping cream (unwhipped) and salt to taste.
Simmer 5 minutes longer.
