1/2 c evaporated milk
1/2 t salt
1 lb white American cheese grated
1 c ripe olives
2 cloves garlic or garlic powder to taste
pinch of baking soda
2 lbs cream cheese
1 c pecans.
Directions:

Mix all ingredients - chill

This makes 2 cheese balls - roll in pecans.

Chill.
