1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
6-8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together crumbled crackers, Parmesan, and melted butter. Roll chicken breasts in cracker mix, then arrange in a casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix together soup, water, and sour cream. Pour soup mix over chicken, covering completely. Sprinkle the remaining cracker mix on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for an hour.
